SALE SITE:  At the farm located from Bessie, OK 1 ½ miles South on Hwy 183, then 4 ½ miles West on CR # 1140. Or from Cordell, OK 5 miles North on Hwy. 183, then 4 ½ miles West on CR #1140.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:  The SW ¼ of Section 1, Township 10 N., Range 18, W.I.M., Washita County, OK.  Containing approx. 157.5 acres +/-.  Surface rights only.

The Farm has  approx. 95 acres being in Good Cropland, some being highly productive South Boggy Creek Bottom Land – with the balance being Creek – Grass & Trees.

TERMS: 10% of the purchase price due day of sale to be placed in escrow, balance due at closing.
