TRACT #1: 20 ac. in the SE corner of the NE 1/4 and 60 ac. in the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 10 N., Range 18, W.I.M., Washita County, OK. Containing 80 acres +/-. Surface rights only.
The farm has 74.09 acres of Cropland presently in Alfalfa and has a very good water well
Bases are: 59.27 ac. of Cotton w/a 450 lb. established lint
TRACT #2: S 135 ac. of the SW ¼ of Section 12, Township 9 N., Range 19, W.I.M., Washita County, OK. Containing 135 acres +/-. (The tract has approx. 2 ac. in the SE corner out for the cemetery) Surface rights only.
