Selling in 2 tracts

These tracts will be offered “by the acre” and selling choice. 

Buyer will have option to take either tract or both.

TRACT #1:  NW/4 of 32-11-14, W.I.M., Washita County, OK. Containing approx. 150 acres MOL.  Surface rights only.

The tract has 69 acres of Good Highly Productive Cropland, with the balance being Native Grass Pasture.

TRACT #2:  SW/4 of 32-11-14, W.I.M., Washita Co., OK.  Containing approx. 157 acres MOL.  Surface rights only.  

This tract has approx. 148 acres being in Very Good Highly Productive Cropland, with the balance 

being Native Grass Pasture. 

These 2 tracts have a combined Wheat base of    265.30 acres, which will be divided according to the cropland acreage of each tract if sold separate.

TERMS:  10% of the purchase price due day of sale to be placed in escrow, balance due at closing.  Possession will be given at close of final sale.  Any announcements made day of sale supersede any and all written statements
